I visited this place for a Turkey ice cream cake and ended up leaving with four additional pints. The Turkey cake is more affordable here compared to other locations.

I had a disappointing experience due to poor customer service. I ordered two medium drinks, but they were clearly smaller than expected. When I brought this to the attention of the staff member, instead of acknowledging the mistake, he simply threw his hands up in frustration and walked away. To make matters worse, he charged me tax on my order. When I inquired about the tax charge (having worked at a similar establishment, I'm familiar with the policies), he explained it was due to new ownership, which had just occurred within the past week. However, I had visited recently and had never been charged tax before. It felt like a petty and unnecessary move. The individual at the counter on March 1st around 3:45 PM really made my visit unpleasant.

I admit I used some strong language out of frustration, not directed at him personally, but simply as a way to express my annoyance. If you're reading this, Mr. Manager, I apologize if I offended you. I would also appreciate it if you could clarify your actual closing times, as it seems the restaurant doesn’t consistently adhere to what is posted.

Caution regarding this location! They charged me twice for the ice cream cake and refused to check their system to verify the transactions. I definitely don't find them trustworthy!
