Wendy's - Alhambra

Horrible service, missing utensils and wrong item provided, people should start avoiding this place, these people are not there to serve, they are there to ruin your family meals, watch out!

The food here is hit or miss. I ordered a jr. Chessebuger deluxe to go and when i got home there was no cheese in my burger. The fries were ok but a bit too salty. Also, the lady taking the food orders at the register touching money and the register was also handling and serving food without washing her hands beforehand. Gross!!! Not friendly or welcoming at all.

Online drive through order, directly to the meal pick-up window, the staff said that the meal pick-up was not explained at the order window, causing inconvenience in the process and affecting efficiency.

I'd rate this wendys a 0 if i could. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time here just go to a different location.

The people are very friendly, The store manager Anthony was very customer service oriented. The place was very clean.
