Whataburger - Alice

I placed an order on the app for a plain and dry whataburger, fries and shake. It says it will be ready in about 8 min. My son gets down to pick it up since the drive thru was full. My son waited over 20mins till I went inside myself to ask about theorder. We'll apparently it was ready but no longer warm/hot and it was in the area of the drive thru. I understand they havenew employees, but come on- 20minutes?!

Food was hot and consistent with what we expected from a Whataburger. Service was a little slow, but they were packed.

Today I placed an online order and when I arrived and asked for my order, I was told that I was not at the correct location. The manager kindly called the other location to cancel the order and made my order at their location at no cost. I was so gratefulbecause we were traveling with two cranky toddlers and they needed to eat. Excellent customer service!!!!!!!

This was my first experience with Whataburger and it didn't disappoint!! Very friendly and helpful staff. The bacon burger with blue cheese is a belly popper and I'm glad I didn't check the amount of calories upfront, otherwise I wouldn't have orderedit. But I'm glad I tried it and have no regrets. This location is convenient next to the highway and we didn't see 2 hours onour trip anything so were happy to finally see Whataburger popup!

Never have sweet tea always out is there comment and shakes machine is down for cleaning mind you always go at different times during the night shift come on McDonald's pardon me Whataburger!
