Subway - Aliso Viejo

My order was completely messed up, and the sandwiches tasted terrible. I'm a fan of Subway, so I was really surprised at how disappointing this experience was.

My sister called to ask about the youngest they hire. She sounds young, but it definitely wasn 't a prank call. This woman said, I have your number. Call again, I call the police. I called and asked why she hung up on me and asked the question again. Shesaid, I don 't know if its your phone or mine, but there 's bad connection. lol

Excellent service and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. I sometimes do online ordering and when I go to pick up my order its always ready and they ask for the name before they give my order. I love this place and the staffs. Keep up the good work.!!

The food was good, but the staff could improve their communication as they weren't speaking clearly or loudly enough.

I went in with my stepfather after work yesterday. The staff was polite and really friendly. My sandwich and cookies were delicious!
