We ordered eggs/toast/potatoes and it took a pretty lengthy amount of time to get our food. We were not in a hurry, and were glad to get out of the house but worth noting the issue with output. Also, their coffee is kind of meh. Overall food quality was great, though not greasy and ingredients were fresh. Original review from Fall 2021: I have had the occasional hit or miss type of experiences here when it comes to quality, but when you are paying for diner food, it 's hard to have super high expectations ...sorry). Therefore, I want to focus on what makes them unique On the Grid has homemade cinnamon rolls and baked goods, and they are family run and operated, and you can tell the owners put a lot of care into their business. The inside is also nice. I have heard that the previous restaurant in this space did not do well in that regard, but On the Grid appears clean, sanitary, and well maintained.
New owners are doing a great job. Been there several times for breakfast, and every one has been awesome. Service with a smile, and everything prepared just how we asked. Open for breakfast and lunch. Stop by and treat yourself.
Excellent cuisine! Homemade jam, sausage gravy so wonderful you'll want to call your mother, and onion rings that were out of this world! Allow the image to speak for itself.
On the grid has a new owner and the food is now very good. Eat there often. Love it.
This was my first visit, and I loved it! The fresh homemade potato chips were incredible! The fried cauliflower and pulled pork sandwich were fantastic as well!
