Starbucks - Allen

The place was really dirty! The tables were covered in grime, so I can only imagine how messy their work areas must be. I asked the girl with pink hair to clean our table, and she rolled her eyes at me for simply asking her to do her job.

The restaurant really needs a new manager. I work at the shopping center, and it's basically the only place to grab a bite and have a drink during lunch, but I really dislike going there now. I miss the previous manager, Kim; she was always so pleasant to talk to and offered great drink recommendations.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I requested to speak with the manager to share my concerns, but unfortunately, he was the source of my frustration. He was rude and unprofessional, and he even messed up my drink order. They really need to consider replacing their manager. Overall, the customer service was lacking, and I witnessed him being disrespectful to his staff as well, even when they were trying to assist.

We had such an amazing experience at this dieucks. Angel was so sweet with my daughter and also with me. She made sure we felt special. go by and see this incredible personal. Thank you. fish for the day!

People here are cool, but busy. This place always has a flow of people coming for coffee and other drinks. Keep up the excellent service!
