Starbucks - Allen

I'm not sure what's going on, but this Starbucks is becoming difficult to enjoy. When you pay with your card, they hand you the card reader and prompt you to leave a tip. Prices have increased across the board, which seems to have affected the tipping situation as well. As for the food, I would rate it 3 out of 5.

Good coffee, friendly service. Only recently there are many people out and over the McKinney area recently, so it can take up to 20 minutes to get a coffee, so preorder or come with a lot of time.

The coffee at this restaurant is expertly crafted by the baristas. However, ordering in person can take a bit of time since many customers place their orders ahead. I recommend either ordering in advance or being prepared to wait at least 5 minutes for your drink.

On one occasion, I walked in and was warmly greeted by the staff, even though they were all busy fulfilling orders. I usually order ahead via the mobile app for convenience, but today I decided to enjoy my pastry while I waited for my drink. The barista, whose name I regret not catching, was incredibly friendly and patient despite the hectic environment. She efficiently prepared my order, handed it to me personally, and thanked me for my patience. Please be kind to the hardworking staff who create such delicious drinks. If I could, I would thank them all personally!

Easy access from the tollway. Convenient parking. Clean facility. Friendly staff. Great coffee food items.
