Feedback gevenVery slow service. Waited about 7-12 mins in DT yet the food was extremely cold!
Ordered mobile drive through since I'm sick. They made me come in to the store. Ok, hope they tell everyone to check them selves, it appears Taco Bell is both a vector for Covid and doesn't care about disabilities of its customers. Taco bell promising that I can pick up through drive through, then refusing to honor their contract, alright then please remove that option from your online order menu, otherwise seems negligent and fraudulent, but ok... And they missed an item a Mexican pizza from my order. They made me go through and pick through every item in my order, having to plop them on the counter, opening each item, to ascertain that, indeed, the Mexican pizza was missing. They then spent 10 minutes making the missing Mexican pizza, while the rest of my food was getting cold. Infuriating. And nachos Bell Grande shrank since the last time I got out be prepared to buy your own ingredients to make it palatable at this point.Taco Bell has never been a gourmet place, obviously, to go to before. Now it's not even an option based on the discrimination due to disabilities (made me walk inside even though i told them I could not due to medical reasons), lack of correctness in order prep, and quality control. Do not go here. This has become a horrible waste of money. It's not worth it, quality wise, financially, or effort wise. They make you go inside for a drive through purchase that was contractually agreed on, even if you're sick!!! i mean, what?? Anyone reading this, if you get sick it's directly on Taco Bell, they're completely aware but don't care.
Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Food is ok but, nothing to rave about. Not really Mexican food as it is more for American tastes. It is good for a quick bite and that's about it.Vegetarian options: Definitely not vegetarian friendly.Parking: Plenty of parking spots.Wheelchair accessibility: It has handicapped parking and acess.Dietary restrictions: If you have any dietary restrictions do not eat at Taco Bell.
Like other reviewers pointed out the Service is worst. Staff forgets to add sauces regularly and will close restaurant lobby early just because they cleaned floor and don't want anyone coming inside. If it's a owner run franchise restaurant I would think the owner either doesn't know what staff is doing because the owner doesn't care or have no time to look into this or they just hire unprofessional staff
Went for a late evening snack... and a lot of others were doing the same !!! I was about 15th in line. It took forever!! Not sure if this is normal crowd for Saturday or just arrivals after the Allen USA Celebration fireworks....My guess is they were under staffed for unexpected crowd!Order was correct (I always check before leaving the window.. . Glad to not have to hold up the line to get it corrected!!But as usual, the food was decent for the price. If not only place open at that time, I may have gow elsewhere.
