The Cheesecake Factory - Allen

I love cheesecake factory but this place has problems. that was the third time I gave up a command. I was told that the order would be ready in 20 minutes. in 45 minutes I didn't get a text. I called and spoke to someone. it was still not out and called again. I finally got my order in an hour. I complained to our server about the long waiting period he said was okay. the brot was burned and hard, the Avacado reels were inside brown. Strawberry limonade watered in the sauces. my food was cold. I drove five minutes from the restaurant to meet and started eating in my car. what a disappointment. whatever the problem is here, I would hope it will be taken seriously. this is not the usual service and quality that I expect from cheesecake.

The Cheesecake Factory is such a fun place to go out and eat. I ordered this for delivery. I placed my order online, which was very convenient and easy. Had to get takeout this time but even then, the food is delicious and to my surprise, they still give big portions! We ordered a wet burrito and quesadilla and it was great.

Excellent, and very large portions...and oh my gosh, the coconut cream pie cheesecake was amazing!

We’ve been to many Cheesecake Factory locations around the world but the one here was sadly not up to the brand name. We came here for Valentine’s Day to have a date, it started off with a good hour wait since they don’t take reservations on valentines. Our server Garrett was really kind and took care of us but would disappear making it tough to ask for help! The fresh bread basket is usually served as the waters are served but after our Arnold Palmer arrived I had to ask him if we could get some bread which he then brought out for us. Thankfully that was the warmest of the food we had that night. We ordered the Jamaican shrimp and chicken but subbed the black beans with “fresh corn” and the Louisiana style pasta and to end we ordered the mango key lime cheesecake. The food was such a miss with everything! The menu mentioned the shrimp came with white rice but we were given brown rice with zero sauce (which we asked for separately), we should’ve stuck with the beans cause the corn was so raw and had a bite to it instead of it being steamed. The pasta was good but it felt a bit too Al dente to the point of half raw. None of our food was warm or hot, it was served Luke warm. We couldn’t even call our server cause he would keep disappearing and not come back for a good 20 minutes which was a long while for us to wait to send the food back. We ordered the cheesecake to go but it arrived overly melted as though someone sat on it before bringing it out. Our server apologized and went to change it and again brought it back only after 20 minutes by when it started melting again and by this point we were so tired of the wait and just wanted to leave thus no picture. We are not sure if this was due to the rush but quality for food should never drop!

We eat out A LOT and I can honestly tell you we had the best food we've had in a long time here!! The stuffed mushrooms were incredibly good!! Both of our meals were ridiculously DELICIOUS!! Our server Fatima was AMAZING!! She was super nice, very efficient and a very hard worker! Highly recommend you stop here!!
