Little Caesars Pizza - Allendale

Don’t anticipate anything out of the ordinary. Just go for the fundamentals.

They're okay. The Hot-N-Readys are generally hot and ready, but that's mostly because they rarely have any available when I walk in. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but sometimes I just want a regular pizza instead of the freshest one. Most of the time, they seem to be lacking—that’s all.

Their pizza is delicious when it’s fresh. The prices are reasonable, and I never have to wait long.

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant if you're planning to order in person. They focus exclusively on online orders. I was told to wait 5-10 minutes for a single cheese pizza, but I ended up waiting for over half an hour and had to leave for class. During that time, I noticed they processed at least 15 online orders and served those customers what they wanted. They even set aside the pepperoni and bread orders, but couldn't make a cheese pizza in a timely manner. There were four people ahead of me waiting for cheese pizzas as well. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I found their service to be extremely poor.

The man at the front was exceptionally rude. When we placed our order and received our food, we realized we were missing something. I returned to address the issue, and he reacted as if there was a problem, speaking to me in a very snippy manner. I explained that we just missed a bread sticker for our order. He then insisted that we ordered only two, but after checking the computer, he saw that we had actually ordered three. He made me wait, and there was hardly anyone else around. I felt really embarrassed by his attitude.
