My personal favorites are the falafel and the veggie gyro (just be sure to ask for no ice in the veggie gyro if you're vegan). The soups are also really delicious and they rotate regularly. Keep in mind that they are closed on certain days, including Saturdays.
I recently discovered that this restaurant has been around for a few years, and I wish I had known about it sooner. They offer only vegetarian options. I tried the tofu shawarma and falafel, both of which were delicious and came in generous portions. The Israeli pita was amazing. They also offer some unique dishes that I haven't seen elsewhere. Some dishes like the shakshouka and sabich contain eggs, but they can be omitted upon request. It's best to inquire about the vegan status of certain items since not everything is clearly marked on the menu. I definitely plan to return to try more dishes. I live close to this small food truck, making it easily accessible. The staff at this truck are very friendly. During my last visit, I inquired why the falafel wasn't specifically labeled as vegan and was informed that they always confirm with customers. The vegan carved pita was delicious. For those who enjoy a bit of spice, I recommend asking for some hot sauce on the schwarma.
