Bj's Brewhouse - Allentown

The food was incredible, and the staff was extremely friendly! They were very accommodating regarding my food allergies, and our waitress guided me in avoiding items that contained or could potentially contain allergens. I even ordered dessert since they offer a gluten-free option, which is rare at many places. I had the gluten-free pizookie with ice cream, and they made sure to use a separate container for the ice cream to prevent any cross-contamination. I truly appreciated that attention to detail; it meant a lot to me.

Typically, I prefer to avoid chain restaurants and choose local spots instead. However, since I was in town on a Monday, my options were limited, and I had never been to BJ's before. The decor is what you'd expect from a sports bar, with family-style dining, featuring booths, a long bar, and numerous TVs. I was impressed by the extensive selection of beers on tap, including many guest brews. I decided to try the collaboration beer with New Belgium, and it was quite enjoyable. For food, I ordered the meat lovers pizza as it was the daily special. I haven't had deep-dish pizza in ages, and this one was both delicious and large enough for leftovers. The service was prompt, friendly, and efficient. The prices were reasonable, especially for the food. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely consider returning.

I ordered the Shrimp Scampi Pasta and Mozzarella Sticks. The mozzarella sticks were excellent, but unfortunately, the pasta was not. It was drenched in olive oil, which made it unpleasant to eat. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't choose to return to this place.

Our server Jasmine was great! The food was pretty good. But they were tragic from the Avocado Egg reels I tried. It would still recommend.

The service was great. Our waiter was friendly, efficient, and attentive. There was very little wait for food even while the restaurant was full. We were not abandoned after our order was taken like at a lot of other places. The food was absolutely delicious and I would highly recommend.
