Chicken Lounge - Allentown

This place was so weird but funny. Giant leak in the ceiling. The place hasn't been updated since 1970, and behind the bar counter was dirty as all get out. All food was premade and stored in plastic bags then heated up or cooked right behind the bar. The potato pancakes were good. The Monday all you can eat wings advertisement I saw and went in for apparently hasn't been offered in 10 years which had me confused on how it was published on Google for their current menu. The margarita Jimmy the bartender made was great. He was also pretty entertaining. I will go back for those 2 reasons. I left here chuckling and wondering what I had just done for the past hour and a half, mostly from the margarita. Lol

Excellent food at casual place. Wheelchair accessibility: All on one level. Tables are tightly packed.

Interesting location. People are very friendly. The food is ok. Setting is unique.

The nostalgia of the Chicken Lounge still stands, along with their famous nachos. Those haven't changed taste in years! The wings are still tasty, just not as meaty. The service was so-so, but we enjoyed our time to chat and hangout. Vegetarian options: Nachos can be ordered with or without meat
