Chop House At Wind Creek - Allentown

The experience was precisely what we had hoped for. The service was outstanding. We had two waiters, and several members of the management came by to check on us. The atmosphere was inspiring, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We didn't hold back on trying everything. My partner loved the steak, which was so tender it practically melted in his mouth. I adored the lamb! We both tried the lobster tail, which was cooked to perfection. The paprika salad was quickly devoured, and the roasted potatoes were flawless. We weren't particularly fond of the mac and cheese and creamy spinach, but that didn't diminish our overall enjoyment of the meal. Dessert and coffee were excellent as well! The steaks and sides are excellent. The French fries here are my favorite, and I always have a fantastic experience at the chop house.

Emeril's provided us with the best culinary experience we've ever had. Upon being seated, we were warmly welcomed by Temba and Charlotte, our two servers, who were truly exceptional. The service was outstanding! I ordered the 9-ounce filet, and my companion chose the Chilean sea bass. The steak was the best I've ever tasted, surpassing meals I've had at both high-end and casual places like Texas Roadhouse, Blue Grillhouse, Melt, Wolfgang’s in Somerville, NJ, the now-closed Shula’s, and Agriturismo near Clinton, NJ. The sea bass was equally excellent! Our meals were served surprisingly quickly and cooked to perfection. As we were celebrating our 28th high season, the restaurant even surprised us with a lovely note, which made our night extra special. We will definitely be returning, and I just wish there were more stars to give them!

Always a great experience. Amazing Mac and cheese, melt in your mouth steaks, incredible seafood.... The lemon merengue on the petit four dessert is astounding!!! I love the quiet atomosphere, great place for a quiet date, not what you would expect inside a casino!
