Dunkin' - Allentown

The restaurant was clean, and the service was prompt. The food, including the doughnuts, was quite good. However, it’s not very accessible for individuals with disabilities, although they could bring your order out to you.

This used to be my go-to Dunkin' every day. However, they kept increasing their prices (even before COVID), and the drive-thru can take up to 30 minutes at times. The staff keeps changing, which is unfortunate because they had some fantastic employees. I decided to return after not visiting for a month to redeem a free drink. I waited 10 minutes before anyone took my order, and by then, at least seven cars were lined up behind me. My coffee tasted strange, and my sandwich was undercooked and barely noticeable. It was a waste of both money and time.

This is definitely the worst restaurant I've been to. I placed my order on the self-service screens to speed things up, but I still ended up waiting 15 minutes for a coffee and two doughnuts. They seemed more focused on the drive-thru customers than on the long line of people waiting inside. I will never go back again.

Friendly staff and made my order quick, Most other dunkin?s coffee is a win or lose but this one puts pride in making sure the drinks are good. Great stuff, favorite place to go in the mornings!

The staff here are incredibly friendly and my order was prepared quickly. While many Dunkin' locations can be hit or miss, this one takes pride in ensuring their drinks are consistently excellent. It's a fantastic spot and my favorite place to visit in the morning!
