Famous Famiglia Pizza - Allentown

Unbelievably bad management and untrained slow staff. unsanitary, employees do not wash hands or with gloves to cook, touch money/registration. they use handys on the front and use skirts and pants to wipe dirty hands. 3 times stopped and every time something went wrong. full cake half white cake half meat. no other customers to the time. it took 3 employees and to cook over 30 minutes. Moreover, they have made whole cake red, then wipe red sauce from half to make half white. ends with burned cake cut into 6 slices after I mentioned to cut 8 several times during ordering and before picking. I would never order from this place again!

Awful experience. Workers should be fired . Ordered 2 VIPs, 1 sausage and 1 mushroom slice. Girl was very rude slow and ignorant. A customer who ordered after me had their slices in before mine. On top of that they forgot my mushroom slice. Very understaffed and poor representation of ny slices. The workers are what I am most irate about as a business minded individual I would never let the workers I dealt with sniff a job.

At 6:30 pm on a Monday they were All out of garlic knots for the night. ??? Really, at dinner time? Nobody can make any? And the small pieces of pizza that looked like they 'd been around a little too long, were not worth over $4 per slice. Saved my money and ate elsewhere

Considering it's a rest stop pizza place, it's not too bad. My only complaint is that when I visited, they didn't have any pizza boxes. I understand that it can happen when management doesn't keep the necessary supplies stocked.

Should have known better. No line and every other eatery had huge lines. Got a spinach stromboli b/c it looked safer than the pizza. Ask for a side if sauce and was told we don 't have any as I stared at cups of sauce for the non existent garlic knots. When my stromboli was handed to me it was cold (even though it was in the oven). Next time I stop at the Allentown rest stop I will be patronizing one of the other food counters. Terrible food pathetic service.
