Feedback gevenI was truly impressed with my experience at this restaurant! The food was exquisite, and the service was exceptional. We had a food allergy at our table, and Heidi came out to personally whip up a meal from scratch that was perfect. I can honestly say that the entire evening was a solid 10/10. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!
From the moment we came in and we are greeted by mercy to be served by crystal, to come to koch heidi to imagine. we had an amazing experience. the personal was amazing. that was wonderful. the place was sweet and clean. they are very attentive. Remember, we are a hard to parchment, and sometimes we swear that we should have been food critic. my only criticism is that I wished her menu was bigger, and had more options and I wished that they stayed open later. Apart from that, my partner and I will definitely be back!
From there, things only got worse. The drinks were way too sweet, and the service was subpar. The waiter spoke in a very low voice, making it difficult for us to understand him, and he only came back once to check on us. The food was decent, but not as good as we remembered from our last visit about a year ago. The main issue arose when we noticed that a tip was added to our bill without our knowledge, leading us to pay more than we expected. Given that we were only a party of four, I would not have anticipated an automatic gratuity. The waiter should have recognized that we were unaware of this when he saw that we had already tipped on the previous bill. We only found out about the added tip after receiving the receipt via email, which felt very shady. I attempted to leave both an email and a voicemail with the restaurant about this issue, but unfortunately, neither was responded to. If they reach out to address this problem, I will certainly update this review. For now, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
Absolutely delicious! we have lived a few years in the opposite and have driven many of this restaurant, but never stopped. we're so happy we left last night. everything was fantastic and so fresh, including brot, apps, entrees and drinks. I have the honey rose margarita, gnocchi pink and spinat artichoke dip, while my man got the chicken sandwich and arancini. very cool ambiente also in restaurant. we will definitely come back!
What we found particularly frustrating was that our table was never cleared of the appetizer and entree dishes; we had to push them to the side ourselves. Even after the server served us an after-dinner cocktail, brought the check, collected the payment, and returned the receipt, the dirty dishes were still sitting on the table! We finished our meal and were out the door in an hour. Hey GreenHouse team! It's time to manage your restaurant better and train your servers to be more attentive to the customer experience. If you do, we’ll be more than happy to spend more on cocktails, wine, and desserts! Your prices deserve better service!
