Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

The garden has been one in over 12 years. Still as good as I remember.

If your looking for italian ice, variety, friendly customer service, maybe a little bit of custard, a good way to beat the unforgiving summer heat humidity... then this particular Rita's location is the place to be!

I went to this Rita’s on Tilghman Street tonight. The parking lot is littered with empty cups and spoons and dropped ice cream cone and cups with uneaten ice and custard. The counters at each window were filthy. There was drips from products and dirt. The napkin holders were empty. It took a long time to get a cup of water and a small twist in a cup. The custard was good, creamy, but the chocolate didn’t have a great, rich chocolate flavor. I’d urge the manager to get the place cleaned up. If the outside is filthy, I would guess that the inside is too.

Staff was rude try to hassle me n gave me the wrong change on purpose ..go to a different Rita's the kids they have working there at night are shady I live in the Westend I now travel to different Rita not worth the drama going there.

Really nice staff! Girl opened 20 min early to serve us.
