The Shelby - Allentown

Thanks to Michelle, we had a delicious lunch. Michelle?s recommended her burger (not shown) who was excellent. She was the highlight of our meal. Warm, professional, knowledgeable and attentive. The salmon was a bit over cooked and made us wish a little more. The bowl was filled with many different flavors. We chose a scrambled egg and recommend the bowl if you like spices. The restaurant is quite busy because there are not too many possibilities in the area. I'm glad to go back to lunch.

We ate here recently for the first time and were very impressed. The service was great and the food was excellent! We especially liked the short rib that was excellent and also some accompaniments (the sweet relish and the mushroom puree) that we had not before with a short rib, but went perfectly with it. We want to come back!

The chicken and waffles were great, the sweet potato makes the dish. The breakfast chimichanga was also good, I loved the hot peppers. The blueberry waffle and special French toast were not so good. Customer service was fantastic even if they are busy, which was a real plus. I'd probably go back.

Hands down one of the best restaurants I've ever visited. From staff to the atmosphere it is amazing. The food never disappoints and lets you try everything on the menu. You have live music and on holidays you can see the Easter bunny or Santa Claus. The ramen is a must try and the hot chicken sandwich is so tender and juicy. We celebrate birthdays and appointment evenings at Shelby and have never been disappointed. Absolutely amazing.

Great local spot. Good menu with well priced fare. Turkey burger is excellent and their pizzas are solid. Other highlights include their poutine. Great drink menu with an excellent tented seating area. Parking lot can be busy during peak times.
