Wendy's - Allentown

Took my kids here on lunch this past Tuesday. After they were done eating I took my toddler in the woman's bathroom to get changed . I was unable to change him because they don't have a changing table in the bathroom that was so inconvenient. I had to change him on the passenger seat in the car. Smhh

Horrible customer service!! The drive thru staff are rude!! They never get the orders right, they rush through the order process , and get an attitude when the order is questioned ?? Please hire people with manners

Wendy is where you get a hamburger that either stands tall or falls apart. I of course thought I’m winning with a number one add the bacon but every time I get it my minds telling me you should of just went with the jr but of course I insist and move on to a vanilla frosty which was my back up meal if all goes to you no where! Im giving them a three for the french fries because they alway show up when my hamburger falls apart and for the frosty!

Hit Or Miss This place is just a tad inconsistent. Their food is decent on some days and horrible on other days. I like my food hot and fresh not cold and stale. Hit or Miss

Wendy's closes at 2 am. Went to get a quick bite and cheap food around 11 pm , after having a very long aggravated day.. Nothing like getting home less the 6 min drive) for a cold double unmelted cheese burger, cold fries, rubber chicken nuggets, and a warm coke... Never again even though it was 5 bucks yet I ordered 3 in total I will never go back. I should of just went home and made a pb&j.
