Jersey Mike's Subs - Allison Park

The subs here are incredible—extremely fresh and of excellent quality. The flavor was delightful, making the sub feel refreshing, almost like sipping a glass of water. I highly recommend this place, giving it a perfect 10/10. Plus, the service is quick and the staff are very friendly.

I would not recommend this restaurant. My order was incorrect, and at $35, it felt overpriced. The service declined while the prices increased. When I called to request a refund, the manager, Eric, informed me that he couldn't refund my entire meal because they had at least four out of the seven items on my sandwich correct. He also told his staff that I was lying and that my order had been prepared accurately. Essentially, you’re paying full price for only a portion of what you actually ordered. The corporate attitude seems to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. I won't be returning. Instead, I suggest visiting Simply Subs, a family-owned establishment just down the road – their quality is much better!

I visited Jersey Mike's for the first time, and I absolutely loved it! My Scouts chose this place, and I'm really glad they did. I was very impressed with the management's efforts to clean the grill to ensure a safe experience for my gluten-free Scouts.

This was my first experience at Jersey Mike's, and I asked the clerk for their recommendation on a sub. Although I can't recall the number, it was delicious. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues. There were three employees working, but the area around the soda machines was sticky and messy. Some tables needed to be wiped down, as there were straw wrappers and crumbs left on them. Additionally, the floor behind the counter, where the subs are made, was littered with dropped items, which raised both cleanliness and safety concerns.

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I was pleased with the friendly service. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not meet my expectations given the prices. I was extremely disappointed. The bread was bland and appeared undercooked—quite unappetizing! I honestly felt that Sheetz subs would have been a better choice. I won't be returning for Jersey Mike's subs again. I’ll give two stars for the service.
