Mcdonald's - Allison Park

I had a wonderful experience there. I was waiting on by the most fantastic woman named Chris. Never had a fast food experience so enhanced by the person working. She was amazing.

I did a mobile order, and had set it for the curbside pickup. I pulled in, found my spot, told the app which spot I was in, and I waited. If I remember correctly, the total time I spent waiting was maybe eight minutes. Not only was the order correct, but the food didn't taste like it had been sitting there for a half hour. Very good service in comparison to other McDonald's.

I really like this McDonald’s. The food is always fresh and the employees are great. Shoutout to Ken for being super nice every time I see him for years now! That guy is awesome! Also, I can’t remember his name, but the male assistant manager is super nice also. I feel bad because the other customers in the drive thru are rough but this staff (now and for the past several years) are great.

Can 't give this location a 5, been there a few times, most times have been good though. The 4 star is because last time, even though I told the first window person what order I was paying for, the second window person didn 't seem to understand which likely resulted in two orders being handed to the wrong people. This is probably caused because of the order both line up, and employees being too ingrained with the 'norm ' of the flow. So, person out there, I hope you enjoyed the extra nuggets, and the deluxe 1/4 pounder while i got your small fry and plain double 1/4 pounder lol. Either way, not mad, things happen, 4/5 to hope they fix mix ups in the future.

The staff at this location is the best. They’re friendly and pleasant, and I think it translates to the quality of the food here as well
