Feedback gevenWe were on vacation in Alma, and decided to visit this highly renowned café in Saguenay. We received top-notch service. We were a group of nine people (including young ones) and the girls were very patient and friendly. They even gave us recommendations on local shopping we wanted to do. Thank you for the service and the delicious (and very affordable) breakfast. We will be back soon!
Nice little café in the Alma region. A few smoothies and coffee in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Wifi available. Too bad the straws are still plastic...
We stopped by this charming little café despite its unappealing location. The sun filled the interior and brought warmth to the customers on a chilly day. The sandwich was tasty, and the broccoli salad was excellent. The pasta salad and quiche were decent, nothing extraordinary. The coffee was also very good!
Although it is one of the few places in the city of Alma that offers vegetarian options, my meal consisted only of 4 small slices of bread from a panini and a thin slice of vegetarian paté with a somewhat fresh fruit salad. Still feeling hungry, I ordered a waffle only to realize that it was a pre-made and frozen waffle. My partner ordered a bubble tea that he did not finish. Warning! It's not really a bubble tea, it's more like a slush with gummies inside. Furthermore, in terms of customer service, we felt rushed to place our order quickly and questions were not really welcomed. In conclusion, I believe that the intention of this establishment is good, but in order to truly live up to their contemporary label, they should seriously rethink their menu and focus more on the quality of their dishes rather than the quantity of choices offered.
Excellent lunch but not for big eaters, good coffee that can be made to die and taste sandwich bars dinners
