Mcdonald's - Alma

I dined inside for the first time in over a year and I was thoroughly impressed! The service was outstanding. The gentleman taking orders was incredibly friendly and let us know he would personally bring our food to our table, which he did for everyone who ordered while we were there. Although there was a slight mix-up with my order, he quickly addressed it and brought the missing item right to us. Throughout the meal, he checked in with us and the other patrons, even asking the woman at the nearby table if she needed a coffee refill. It truly felt like I was in a real restaurant rather than a fast-food joint—a first for me at a McDonald's! Despite being short-staffed, they were efficient and everyone was very courteous. Clearly, whoever is handling their hiring knows what they’re doing! Yes, prices at McDonald's are rising, just like at grocery stores, but that didn’t detract from what was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald's.

I went through the drive-thru, and although there were many cars in line, the service was quick and efficient. The staff were very friendly and polite. I appreciated that they wore masks for safety precautions, showing that they care about the well-being of their customers.
