I was invited to this place for a small event and the organizer booked the VIP room, which was on the 0 stage. the food was delicious and the service was ok and the acupuncture for karaoke was also not bad, so I am generally satisfied with this place and I could again
This is a good hotel with all modern amenities....good room service, good house booking... recipe writing is very active....and react...but there is a problem in breakfast. breakfast from 7 to 10 o'clock, but if u late u did not breakfast...a day I didn't get breakfast, because I was missed because I was in the dining room only about 10 o'clock so I owe myself and nobody.... everywhere I appreciate the hotel in totality. everyone can stay here. I strongly recommend here in this hotel with all services. I thank all the members of the staff of the grand opera hotel in al maty in casthan. thanks especially to the reception staff nazarke, ruslan, sharmin to a few. thank you and all...u all will be b in my good memory.
The worst hotel I've ever seen in my life. the hotel management staff are all cheating, they don't know anything about hospitality, they are all just scrubbers.
This is the worst possible hotel I have ever experienced in my lifetime. Don't have words to express my dissatisfaction and anger. You cannot imagine it's a hell. No service. No manners. Rude and unwelcoming staff. No room cleaning. No tea or water in the room. Everyday we collected compimentory water from reception ourself. We requested ice in the room they said they will send fast but it never reached. Very bad breakfast. At breakfast time staff is eating himself instead of serving to guests.if you are vegetarian, then you cannot eat anything here. You ll not get even proper tea or coffee. After lot of complaining they gave stale n stinking sambher with rotten smell bitter taste. 2 days old poha was served which no one could even chew. You keep asking them, they will not listen, understand or deliver anything. Rather it's very insulting for any guest that they laugh at you. Even serving old stale food or eating themselves before guest id also very insulting for a guest. Staff doesn't deserve to be in hospitality industry at all. So never ever go or advice anyone to choose this rotten so-called hotel to stay in Almaty. I am still feeling that I have said very less. Dr. Sanjay Sharma. Delhi, India
