Oyster - Almaty

This place is very special to us, as we have held many personal celebrations here before. so we were more than just excited to see that it is open four years later. the atmosphere here is like nowhere else in almaty. cozy little dining room and exceptional service lay a strong basis for an excellent experience, especially when supported by excellent kitchen. if they are in a hurry, this is probably not the device they should choose. in consideration of the size of the restaurant is the kitchen itself relatiw small, so they should not expect to eat fast tempo, but will be rewarded with tastefully oriented. but for us it is a oyster-joint at first place. get a bottle of champagne and a few dozen oysters. what can be better? undoubtedly they have the best choice of the oysters in almaty. the variety is quite impressive, and they are well educated about the texture and aroma profile of every oyster they offer. what I still see in another restaurant in almaty with oysters. so we concentrated mainly on oysters who try six different species on our glorious return and were very satisfied. we also tried other items on the menu, and they were just delicious.
