Feedback gevenThey are liars. My pizza I ordered to be delivered and it was done in June of 2011 and tasted like it came out of a tin can. I ordered it from the Barnes Road store in Cedar Mill. I called the owner Ken and he talked to me for 25 minutes. He said that since the pizza was bad that he would give the next pizza for 1/2 price. There were no stipulations or regulations on that and what he had said. So 3 days went by and it was a Saturday the second week of June 2011 and I called and talked to the manger or supervisor on duty and they acted like I never talked to Ken when I did and had the date and time and the phone number on my caller id. I repeated what he said to me and he or she did not listen and treated me like dirt. So this pizza cost way more than the last one and I did not get it for the deal Ken and I had discussed for 25 minutes. Godfathers this pizza still tasted like it came out of a tin can and had bad sauce. I know someone who ordered from them recently and the sauce is still bad and they could care less about customer service. They did not care about me at all. I go to Winco now and order my pizzas from a company that cares about the disabled and cares about good pizza for 70% less than Godfathers. I hate your guts Godfathers for lying to me in 2011 and treating me like dirt and lying to many of your customers according to networking I do and word of mouth. Companies that do this go out of business quick and that happens a lot in Portland. 4 of your stores are gone now and soon will be another one because people will not buy from a company that cares so little about customer service and all they do is lie to their customers.
Worst pizza I’ve ever had!! I would save your money and buy a grocery store frozen pizza instead, trust me its better.
Love this place. Kids can play arcade games, parents can play video poker. Great food and staff.
When I order the toppings from the specialty pizzas seem to be missing! I walked in to an employee argument which was awkward. Then the guy on the phone who wasted my time arguing with me after a stressful day at work about a coupon that was ontheir website in front of his face. So after arguing over 17.99 spring deal then picking up my overly cooked food missingtoppings and into an awkward teenage fight behind the counter?I can proudly say that I didn?t have a great experience here. Forthe price you charge, your pizza and attitudes should be much nicer than that! We all don?t like moments at our job but havesome integrity over customers trying to enjoy their dinners and life too. You pay for food and the experience of the business, Ipaid for a hassle over burned food. The breadsticks were nearly rock hard, no flavor, super chewy and the pizza was also chewyand missing pickles and I wasn?t sure if this was the cheeseburger pizza or not but here?s my pic!
The employees at this location were very nice and helpful. The pizza is always consistent and delicious.
