Feedback gevenIt was very busy, but the service was good and fast. not to play around instead of getting the customers orders. I like to try different foods, so I chose the taco a chocolate caramel ice cream. Very good. I liked the coffee.
Nuggets were boiled to ask for fresh nuggets. they gave me also carved and terrible nuggets. I don't know if you cook them for too long or if it's a problem with the oil, but if that were the case, why would the riders be good? the nuggets have been so bad in the last months.
The restaurant seems to be quite outdated. The burgers, for instance, are heated in a microwave. The staff doesn't appear to be very clean, and while the floor is swept, it still looks greasy, especially behind the counter. I can't help but wonder how much they actually avoid touching things with the gloves they wear. The employees are also very slow and lack a sense of urgency. Even when there's a line at the drive-thru, they take their time resetting the timer on the orders. I always tell them no, I won't be moving quickly.
The laufwerk thru girl was friendly, but when I asked for a cup of water, her was a hole manager standing behind her, shed and showed a terrible attitude. the manager who had prepared our order left one of the 10 pieces chickenuggets. after the previous display of the contempt for the customer service it was not worth going back to get it.
This location falls short when compared to other Burger Kings. Since it's a fast-food restaurant, I don't have particularly high expectations, but I would suggest trying a different place. I had to wait for my food because the chicken wasn't ready, and the Whopper was disappointing.
