Altobeli's and Piano Bar - Alpharetta

The food was terrible. Cold, overcooked pasta. Undercooked veal in a glue-like marsala sauce. Salad that could have come from a bag at Publix. So expensive. Tired and dated decor.

The food was extremely underwhelming for the price. The staff is friendly but don’t come here expecting good Italian food.

It was a very bad experience, we sat for two hours and the food never arrived, we had guests and we had spoken very highly of the restaurant. We ended up at Waffle House which was the only thing open when they told us that they were not going to serve our food. We couldn't see why they hadn't treated us so badly, they passed us the bill and we had to pay for such a bad experience, the manager never showed his face, neither did the owners, we hope you read this so you never go to this restaurant

Valentine Day dinner with my wife was a fiasco can't honestly rate my meal since after 2 hours of waiting for the food to come out we left. We have had wonderful experiences at Altobeli's in the past but last night, on probably the busiest night of the year, they only had 2 cooks working and one left half way through meal service. The restaurant did not handle the situation appropriately and kept promising that the food would be out soon. All of us waiting for food should have been told what was going on and that it would be hours before everyone was served. That way, we may have been able to salvage some of our night. Instead, we got promises, a salad and rolls instead of a romantic dinner.

Food and Service were both excellent , well worth visiting, very enjoyable.
