Feedback gevenOrdered through drive thru for family. Horrible communication at drive thru. Had to repeat self several times. Got meal and drinks were tiny compared to every time we come. Worker had no answer and could really care less. Got home and chicken fries were all burnt so had to throw out and find other food for kids to eat . Fries had no salt on them. Just overall was not a good customer experience. Really wish burger king would take more pride in their service. It's sad since I've been going there for decades since being a kid.
I got my order in a timely manner and his was friendly. The place was safe. One door in one door out. Some people didn't pay attention to the in and out signs.
We 're out of biscuits. How??? Pretty sure the drive through guy was high. Had to repeat three times despite speaking very clearly. Also, they had a truck sitting at the window for ten minutes instead of telling it to pull forward. Just close this place, it 's a lost cause!
Manager was Kurt and rude. I ordered a drink and wasn?t aware there is not allowed any refills. If that is truly the case, the cashier should be letting us customers know that upfront. I would not have ordered a drink knowing I wasn?t going to be able to get a refill. Every other Burger King gives refills in new cups? I?m not sure why y?all aren?t doing the same? I feel like I was just ripped off. Will not be coming back to this location.
I have been an avid BK visitor my whole life. It seems like there is more emphasise on being quick rather than quality. I came into this location and ordered a Breakfast Sourdough King Double Bacon Breakfast Sandwich and made it a large. I unwrapped it and it was toasted on the inside and fresh out of the sandwich bag on the outside. It was burned inside. I approached the counter and explained it to the manager . He said they are only supposed to toast it on one side. So I ask why not make it look like the picture and toast it lightly as the way they promote it. He didn 't have an answer so he hands me another sandwich with an attitude. Same situation. Lack of customer service skills, quality and consistency. Definitely not what I expect when coming to BK vs MCD. Should have stuck with my gut and spent the same at Waffle House. Don 't waste your money at this location.
