Cook Out - Alpharetta

The entire staff working on the evening of 09/25/21 at 7:15 pm really needs some retraining, and that's me being generous. From the kitchen to the manager, there were issues. My order was taken casually at the drive-thru menu, and I double-checked it before leaving - and, as expected, it was incorrect. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff seemed annoyed. I understand they are young, but that is no excuse for poor customer service. Additionally, Cookout is known for fresh food, but this location did not live up to that standard. The way they prepared the food, especially the onion, was disappointing. Smh.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and reasonably priced, and the restaurant itself is clean. However, there is often a lack of staff available to take orders, leading to the need to loudly call for attention. A suggestion to the manager: consider installing a buzzer or other form of notification to alert staff when a customer is waiting for service.

In all my years coming and ordering, nobody has really taken the time to tell me how to save some money with my order. DJ did just that. I?m rarely surprised in good ways at fast food places, but he?s awesome and gives excellent customer service. Glad this cookout exists!

I ordered a tray. Cheeseburger, 2 orders of chicken nuggets for sides, asked for dipping sauce. My burger was raw, got 6 chicken nuggets and no sauce.

I got the char-grilled cajun style chicken breast, it was good. I went through the drive thru and I received great service. This restaurant has so many milkshakes to choose from and they're delicious.
