The service at this restaurant was subpar, as the staff seemed to treat customers as though they were of a lower status. Portion sizes were small, and overall, the experience felt quite cheap. It was disappointing to see that they were using items that looked worn and were repurposed from previous customers.

I feel really let down by my recent experience. I paid extra for additional pieces of cheesecake in my Blizzard, but there were none at all—just the graham cracker crust. It was as if they just scooped out whatever was left without any cheesecake in my Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard. To make matters worse, when I ordered a milkshake, the staff member informed me they were out of whipped cream and asked if I wanted it without. Yet, he didn’t mention that there were no cheesecake pieces at all, even though I had specifically paid extra for them! I'm extremely disappointed. The whole reason I chose the Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard was for the cheesecake! It feels rude to take my money for a product that didn’t come close to what was promised. I don’t go to this place often, so it was supposed to be a special treat that ultimately turned into a letdown.

Dairy is a fantastic restaurant! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They genuinely take the time to ensure that your meal is special, providing a perfect space to unwind after a long week of work. I highly recommend it!

Great eating, friendly staff and super clean! the burgers are amazing and pair perfectly with the milkshakes.

What a wonderful experience. Walked in at 10:55am to Good Morning, how can we serve you . What a change from most restaurants these days. Lunch was served hot, fast, and in a clean dinning room. In my book, they get a 10 out of 10.
