Koi Kaiten Sushi - Alpharetta

I have visited this restaurant multiple times! The sushi is always fresh and delicious, making it our favorite sushi spot. Today, I ordered some rolls for my daughter's friends and they all really enjoyed it. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it and always tell my friends about this place!

The sushi was fresh and the hibachi was delicious. Unfortunately, they do not offer fried rice. My only complaint is that our waiter lacked good customer service skills. He never said thank you, asked if we enjoyed our food, or offered refills.

Although I am not a fan of sushi, my wife had tried it with her friends and was eager to return to this restaurant. We decided to give it a try as a family. To our surprise, we all loved the place. The food quality, taste, service, and cleanliness were all excellent. While the restaurant can be crowded on weekends, we visited on a Monday and had a great experience. We devoured 25 plates in total (as shown in the photos in my review). We will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.

Sushi was very mediocre; the same quality of food can be found in their local food business. regarding customer service was the older gentleman who helps my family, but the customer service was otherwise not available. the waiters had airpods and do not even listen to their order, they need to repeat it 3-4 times. they moved and acted without purpose or desire to work. take their loved ones elsewhere when they are looking for a friendly environment and high-quality eating.

Great sushi for the price! However since opening the place has went down tremendously. The floors look like they haven’t been swept in a long time. They are extremely stingy with containers for the different Sushi‘s (they will put a California roll in a shrimp tempura roll in the same container, talk about cross-contamination).Very very stingy on any extra sauces. The customer service is almost deplorable. And the workers look very scruffy (athletic pants, dirty shirt, rude over the phone, and rushing in person). When this place first opened it was beautiful and well run. Not anymore.
