Smoothie King - Alpharetta

Chris is not a good manager. Jesus I am a single mother and accidentally sent my daughter order to another store on the mobile app. I just asked him could just cancel the other order and pick up the smoothie from his location and he refused to send it to the other store as if I didn't want to send it to the other store, but I could call it and pick it up and just pick it up so I don't have to pick up late my daughter because I give her a smoothie every Friday I think it's just terrible customer service a smoothie mistake is not to kill his business, please work on.

I came at 8:45 and tried to stop quickly before I had to go to work, and the door was locked while all the lights and open? The shield was on. I called the shop phone number to ask if they were open and they said yes and suddenly 3 girls appeared out of the back room and unlocked the front door. HORRIBLE Customer Service. I guess they don't want customers coming?

Smoothie King is great! You have a variety of smoothies that cover your needs from fit to energy to low sugar. No problem in stowing objects. Mine was delicious today, and no doubt it will be refreshing when summer heat arrives.

This is my trip to Smoothie King. I always order the peanut power plus smoothie with strawberries. It tastes like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The staff is always very polite and accommodating. I recommend Smoothie King to any smoothie lover out there.

Service is usually slow when I come. If you?re in a rush I don?t recommend because of the timing. But taste is great. I only order the chocolate protein power plus and this location has the best taste of every other location I?ve ordered from in GA. They get the flavor proportions right, and so for that I?ll keep coming.
