This place runs by their own times, this is usually closed on sundays, the owner puts a note, closes the store and leaves.. Also the bread here never is soft.
This place is pathetic. I came in twice for a steak and cheese subway and both times the worker goes to the back and then says the steak is frozen. If they don?t want to serve streak don?t have it on the menu. The repeated pathetic excuse of saying it is frozen has played out. Won?t waste my time going to this location anymore!!!
6:17pm on 9/29 Trans#1/A-335725. Horrible customer service. I believe a new young boy is working must be his first day. Didn't know how to greet or properly make a chicken bacon ranch sandwich on flatbread. Didn't listen...undercooked..I asked for little dressing he loaded it up. He act like he couldn't even speak. Zero customer service skills. One girl was there but she wasn't much help either. Maybe it's a age thing. Not sure. But won't be back. Very disappointed. First time here. My sandwich was put together very sloppy. See the pictures. Would not recommend.
This was a great restaurant when Andrew was running the store. The staff now is terrible. The store closes at 9:30 pm but the lights are off at 8:00pm with the staff hiding in the back. Jade needs to be fired. Her attitude is very nasty and unprofessional. She has a very nasty mouth, unsanitary practices , rude and slams your food when you ask her to wash her hands or change the gloves after taking out trash. Hopefully the owner will clean up the staff and hire employees that actually want to work.
