Feedback gevenI had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My order took forever to be ready, and it seemed like there was no care put into it. The guy taking orders at the drive-thru was quite unprofessional. It’s also frustrating to see that there was a woman working next to him who was clearly busy and attentive while the cars were being served. It’s a shame because I love Wendy's, but this particular location did not meet my expectations.
I can't give them five stars because my order wasn't entirely correct. However, I wouldn't say I'm not planning to return.
I went in to pick up an order I had placed, and the cashier asked me to wait for a moment. However, after almost 10 minutes of standing around near the kitchen without any updates on my order, I eventually had to ask them to retrieve it for me. Additionally, I noticed that one of the chefs was handling food without wearing gloves, which was concerning.
Really bad service. drive through the guy on the 8th juni was rude. I missed it. not sure why I got 2 sharp nuggets, my children don't like that. the rolls looked all spicy and one was as tender as wet and they did not answer the phone when I wanted to complain, hope I will not get sick from this place.
Stop here for breakfast and the biscuit is not fresh . This is the second day in a row that they are giving out old biscuits. The Mexican lady in the window is very nonchalant! Terrible
