Wild Wing Cafe - Alpharetta

The service was terrible. The waitress only stopped by once and then didn't return for over an hour. When I asked for the manager, he didn't come to see us either.

This place was good. But not anymore. I order curly pommes and cheese sticks on the phone. I said it'll be ready in 15 minutes. I reached there in 15 and I was told it will take more time. They weren't busy at all. There was only one table in the restaurant and three people at the bar. Nevertheless, the food was not ready. After 30 minutes the order was ready for the bars. So it took 45 minutes to order frits and cheese sticks. Somehow when I came home and sat down to eat (I am literally 2 minutes away from them) the frits and cheese sticks were cold. Even it didn't seem like they were done that day. It seemed like someone from the kitchen in the grocery store next to the same complex had frozen fries and cheese sticks and heated. No wonder they're inspiring customers. No wonder there were literally 6 people on a Saturday night in the restaurant. I know I'm not going back.

We've been visiting Wild Wing for several years now, and our experience over the past 1.5 years has been hit or miss. Service can be frustratingly slow at times. While we understand that everyone has off days and have always been patient with our servers, tonight was particularly disappointing as we waited over an hour for our food. We only ordered a few items. The real issue seems to be management's decision-making; they shouldn't allow so many tables to be seated if there aren't enough servers available. We even witnessed some customers leave without making a purchase. On a positive note, the food was good, and our server, Ryder, was fantastic. He went above and beyond to assist us. However, it may take us a long time before we consider returning.

The service was fast and friendly, but the wings were dry and practically tasteless.

Food Here is just not food, wings are served cold and sauce is awful and they just take for ever without acknowledge whats going on.
