Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

This location has done this several times now with the same staff. I ask for extra tongue torch on the kickin chicken and they barely put any on. Might help if the person taking your order could speak English and do away with the attitude at the drive thru. Not the type to write reviews but it?s been pretty bad. The one up north on 9 never does this but I live closer to this one

Terrible service! And they don 't sell bottled water, and had an attitude about my having a problem with having to order at the drive-thru window. Company Policy, just following orders she said. I reminded her that was what the Germans said during WWII No worries about my ever going back.

Very bad experience. They took my order wrong and when I went to tell them. The manager (Olga) put on a very bad face and started yelling at her employees. saying that they pay attention when making the orders and more with the Hispanics because they do not understand. racist attitude even though she is also Hispanic. I definitely will not return here, very bad treatment

Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. Andy, Santiago and Juan should be removed from this job. We just asked for a packet of Zax sauce. They refused to give us one. I complained to the manager. The employees want to argue and deny customer request. She was given a ranch packet which she prefers Zax. We were leaving and Juan followed us outside and confronted us about cleaning our table. I went back inside to speak to the manager once again. These 3 young men seem to feed off each other. We just wanted to have lunch and it turned into a huge conflict over a packet of sauce.

I enjoy Zaxby's because it's both affordable and quick. My food is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious. The atmosphere is clean, fresh, and quite comfortable, even in the 90-degree heat! I appreciate the variety of sides and drinks available, especially my favorite zero-sugar ginger ale. Their coleslaw pairs perfectly with the chicken, and I can't get enough of the tasty buttery Texas toast—delicious! The staff is always prompt and my orders have never been wrong. I visit regularly and am always happy to recommend Zaxby's to friends and family.
