Via Mazzini - ALPIGNANO

Via mazzini offers a delicious (and healthy) vegan gelato, which really has no difference with animal-based versions, and that is even superior to my opinion not only because it is cruel, but also because it is easy to digest. her vegan gelato (clearly so) is also gluten-free and sugar-free and is based on an olive oil base (no oil aftertaste). it can also be served on gluten-free, vegan cones. eight aromes are available: strawberry, lemon, chocolate, pistachios, vanilla, hazelnuts, gianduja and mandel with caramelized praline. we tried pistachios, vanilla, hazelnuts, gianduja and mandele, which are very good (I loved especially their hazelnuts and mandele).
