Domino's Pizza Alstonville

The pizzas here are really disappointing. They should be top-notch based on the pictures, but they end up being undercooked.

Jack provided exceptional service during my visit, personally delivering my pizza and ensuring everything was perfect.

I’m really disappointed after my experience three times now. The first time, my pizza was left outside without anyone bothering to knock on my door; it was just left on the table for who knows how long. The second time, everything was burnt, and I had to ask for replacements. This last time, yet again, the pizza was burnt, the scrolls were tiny, and everything was cold. I won’t be returning to Domino’s Alstonville. It’s unacceptable to pay so much money for burnt, cold food.

I truly appreciate fast delivery, but our pizza was barely cooked. We had to finish the job at home.

It was a great experience. Good customer service and lovely staff. And yummy food . The female manager was kind and hard working. Thanks domino’s!!
