Feedback gevenI placed a simple order via the drive-thru, but when I got home, I discovered that my meal was missing the fries and the sandwich didn't have any tomato. Since I paid for the meal, I would appreciate some kind of compensation for the mistake. Thank you!
We ordered from Chick-fil-A through Uber, and we usually have a great experience. However, when we received our order, my boyfriend's meal came with a medium fry that was nearly empty. We reached out to Uber for help, but they informed us that they could only take note of our feedback and contact the restaurant. We also tried calling the restaurant but didn't get any response. We love Chick-fil-A, but we expected better service this time.
Order #3585262: The food at Chick-fil-A is consistently delicious, but what made this visit special was the wonderful employee who assisted us at the counter. You could tell she truly enjoyed her job, and her cheerful attitude was infectious. Everything was fast, accurate, and efficient, and the restaurant was very clean. Overall, a great experience!
Very upsetting. Spent almost $60 worth on food to get more then 4 sandwiches not cooked fully. soggy fries.
It's a nice comfort food experience, with superb macaroni and cheese (the more yummy cheese topping, the better, I'd put the cooked max and cheese on a cookie pan and spread the cheese topping, then bake for a short time to maximize the best part of theitem for EVERY patron, and to provide consistency). Thank you though for a fast food option that tastes good, and is the REALproduct (REAL CHICKEN).
