I will never order from this restaurant again. The salad consisted of croutons with only about a quarter ounce of dressing. Two people ordered the chicken parmesan, and it was just okay; there was no parmesan or mozzarella, just baked chicken with a sour sauce. The spaghetti was so undercooked that my daughter couldn't eat it, while my penne was overcooked to the point of being mushy. None of us could finish our meals. There are many good and a few great Italian restaurants nearby, so I suggest avoiding this one.

It is 20 minutes to close and I saw only the 2 young ladies cooking 4 pizzas, just to throw them away all. what a waste for this company

The type that worked the place went away and ignored me while I tried to make only garlic knots.

I work in the mall and they've stopped offering discounts for mall staff. During my last visit, the person at the register rang up our items incorrectly. My coworker and I ordered the same thing but were charged different prices. Another time, while I was on my hour lunch break, I waited for someone to take my order, but the young guy at the register was just standing in front of the oven, chatting with a coworker and looking at his phone. I used to love this place, but I believe it has new owners now. Moving forward, I think I'll be ordering from elsewhere in the mall. Good luck to them.

The food here is excellent! I ordered a slice of supreme pizza, and it was huge! The staff is very friendly, and everything is served hot and fresh. They offer a wide range of options, including pizza, pasta, salads, and more. If you're at the Altamonte Mall and in the mood for Italian, be sure to check this place out!
