Wfm Coffee - Altamonte Springs

Cashier was rude...also people without masks are allowed in the store. Not impressed at all

I love that they don't harass me when I'm shopping. That's so rare these days. This is my favorite store! Best bakery, delicious prepared foods and fresh produce. And it's not expensive like many people say it is. It is very affordable.

Why is the Altamonte Whole Foods so consistently a horrible experience. As we shop regularly at Whole Foods in winter park it must be management. Yesterday The clerk at meat was so rude I walked away.the clerk checking us out, never spoke a word to us but talked non stop to other coworkers walking by, in line behind us, never even acknowledged us. As we spend between $200 to $300 every visit it will be great pleasure to never go in the ALTAMONTE WHOLE FOODS and leave shaking our heads as to why the management allows the things they do there.

It should be illegal for Whole Foods to have such lousy customer service when they charge as much as they do. This is about the 5th time we gave them a chance to prove themselves! They fail every time. I got a cup of soup to go !and there were 0 available lids. An employee came from the back to prep the hot bar. I approached him to ask for a lid. He started talking to a friend in what was a lengthy conversation as I stood in his field of vision waiting for assistance. He never once paused and asked if I needed any assistance. I had to go to customer service for a lid. An entirely different employee altogether was called for lid retrieval. No wonder this store doesn't come close in comparison to the Winter Park store.

They don't charge extra for alternative milks like almond milk, coconut milk or hemp milk!
