I traveled a lot, but I never had an experience so bad. I don't write often critiken (especially not while I'm still at the place), but the service in this hotel is so bad. we haven't even been here for 24 hours and we've had so many negative experiences. if they have no view of the buckling, they have a loud room next to a road and the parking lot. I have requested a room with the bucking view months in advance, but it does not get.) each hotel that I was also (also the cheapest), had a chrome size / possibility, smart view.) this tw only has German channels. they weren't even clear about the breakfast. they sent us to the free breakfast in the restaurant where we had to pay 42 euro for 2 pieces of bread and 2 eggs. then we went back to the reception and they told us that they can't do anything for us and that they're sorry. the personal is not helpful at all and the personal in the restaurant has the worst setting I have ever seen. everywhere nearby you have to drive by car and over restaurants you have to book yourself far in advance. I would never take this hotel back to someone. it's too expensive for what they get. I also stayed in hostels and most of them were 100x better than this hotel.
