Miyo Sushi - Altessano Italia

First, I want to explain the restaurant's method. This is not a traditional all you can eat, as you are only allowed to order eight portions IN ALL. However, the generosity of the portions is such that, despite my large appetite, I only managed to consume six and cancel the remaining ones (a gunkam is three times the size of the normal one, and not because there is an abundance of rice! Even the sushi is triple the size , in proportion to understand). In this sense, the experience is comparable to an all you can eat. Furthermore, if you wish to expand the available options, simply order one or two additional boats, thus eliminating the limitation of choice. Having tried all the sushi and now being a true expert, a sushi sommelier, I affirm that this restaurant is the best in the entire Trentino-Alto Adige. The quality of the sushi is exceptional, characterized by very fresh fish without fat and rice with a rich flavour. In particular, I appreciated the care taken in seasoning the philadelphia, positively differentiating it from other culinary experiences, such as those offered by Sushiamo (rovereto). In conclusion, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to enjoy high quality sushi in a welcoming environment and with impeccable service.

I went last night for dinner with my boyfriend. The location is very beautiful, huge and great! The ordering of dishes is carried out independently via tablets which present a menu with various photos of the dishes (different from how they are served). I expected the sushi to be better, I had read the reviews before booking and I saw that it has gone downhill recently but I wanted to give it a chance, unfortunately I have to agree with the reviews that were not completely positive. The dishes arrive one after the other, almost to stuff you down and you don't even have time to understand if you are breathing or not between one dish and another, some dishes didn't even arrive and others were even wrong. The staff is not welcoming, they almost seem like robots and when I asked for the missing dishes (40 minute wait for some salt and pepper prawns) I was told: they are coming, spoiler: they no longer arrived and we got up, paid and we left. I don't know if it's a coincidence but this morning my boyfriend wasn't feeling very well, but overall a decent experience.
