Tacos De Birria - Altiplano

Unos de los mejores tacos de birria que he comido, el lugar es amplio, te atienden rápido y lo mejor es que están súper ricos. El lugar se encuentra enfrente de un mercado, el cual cuenta con estacionamiento de fácil acceso en caso de no encontrar afuera del local. Súper recomendado!

Best tacos ever. Wish I could end the review there since that's all there needs to be said. Wish they had some in the states. Hadn't had them in over 15 years, happy they were still there and tasted just as amazing. Visiting them and enjoying can and should be the sole reason to come south of the border. Full circle.

I love the birria tacos from here. They have one of the best birria tacos in Tijuana. I wouls recommend getting the tacos shell grilled so they are hard. It adds to the flavor. Their consume is flavorful which is the broth the meat has been stewing in

We were at the cultural center nearby and looking for a place to eat. The yelp reviews were great so we decided to give it a try. Everything on the menu is beef tacos, soup, quesadillas. The beef is tender and flavorful and the service was great. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area..

I enjoy visiting the variety of vendors at Mercado Hidalgo, but the highlight of my time spent there is a quick walk across the small adjacent street to Tacos Rio. Here you will find the best birria tacos in all of Tijuana. I have never been here when Tacos Rio wasn't full of hungry birria and consume lovers. The facility has grown in size over the years from it's humble and compact beginnings to the upgraded venue that accompanies success and popularity. There is virtually no parking at the restaurant so you need to park indside Mercado Hidalgo and take a brief walk to build your appetite for some awesome burria!
