Dunkin' - Alton

I placed an online order for in-store pickup, but when I arrived, the store was closed and only the drive-thru was open, which had a ridiculously long line. I tried calling the store for assistance, but all I got was a message saying they were busy, with no option to leave a voicemail. I called several times throughout the day, but I kept receiving the same message. This is a disgrace to the Dunkin' Donuts franchise and a poor representation of this beloved New England coffee institution.

Who doesn't love a donut? And what could be better than pairing it with an iced coffee? If you haven't visited this place yet, you're seriously missing out—unless, of course, you’re Amish!

I waited an eternity in the drive-thru with just two cars ahead of me. When I finally received my order, it was wrong, and there were no napkins included. The staff seemed to be short-handed, and there might have been a new employee in training. However, that doesn't excuse the poor service – it seems like the trainer needs improvement as well.

The bacon egg and cheese on a sesame seed bagel was exquisite

After a terrible experience at another dunkins, I tossed my coffee and went here. The line was huge at the drive thru, but these people kept it moving so quickly!! The landscaping was beautiful, too!! It was a pleasure being there!! The employees were super friendly and very quick. Service: Take out
