We went here to eat, walked in, no one greeted us waited at the desk where no one came for 10 minutes and was never seated. Told the manager all he said was sorry about that. Didn’t try to stop us from leaving or anything. One of the waitresses were behind the counter, making drinks and eating cherries, she would eat one cherry and then put another one in the person drink. Very disappointed. Most of the tables were not cleaned off
If this had been my first time to a Red Lobster,it would have also been my last. This was the first time I've ever been disappointed with Red Lobster.
Long wait with no line. Only two sections open. Server was great. Several good options were out. Food was pretty good, but one special order had to be sent back after ordering without topping due to allergy and it came with allergen.
The dining experience was fine. However our experience with one of your employees prior to even entering the building was not fine. In fact it was downright rude. My husband is on a wheelchair and was waiting outside by the door while I parked. When I reached the door 2 other patrons and an employee arriving for her shift were at the door as well. The employee politely held the door for the two other patrons however she walked on and let the door close on our face! We were standing AT THE DOOR! She would not had to wait for us to get to the door. Of the 3+ employees standing in the waiting area not one offered to hold the door so it made thing a little easier to get inside. Your employees need a refresher course in customer service and just plain good manners.
