With open table to book a NON reservation has not put our name on the list until we are actually there. What is the stake?

Early for Friday, 16 o'clock, in alton, il. we were listed on the waitlist thru open table, our name was listed when we arrived. beautiful to see that everything has worked out in this sight. we sat, a waiter appeared in 1-2 minutes, wyatt f. we looked at the menu, he answered our question before he finally ordered. the food was served in a very short time. my wife ordered from Pick/select 2-3 items when she got her order, she was surprised how many garnel she received. garn was in two dishes, each tablet had 7 pieces, and their skalopps were smaller but plentiful. so we were very satisfied with the entire experience of leaving the input of red lobster.

Great service and eat as soon as we wait. employees who walk on our table and never recognized us. people who came after us were already served. had to finally ask who our seafood expert should be. the manager apologized for our waiting.
