Feedback gevenI finally went here for the first time and tried their chicken strips and famous waffle fries of course with a side of chic fila sauce which is fantastic. Every thing was perfect, and staff was very nice and pleasant, I was thanked for stopping in as well,and tables were being cleaned directly after others were finished leaving the dining area.
I went Thru the Drive thru. Two people talking the orders. Very slow. My Ordered I got half of the food I ordered. Ordered a Ice Tea. The Boy gave me Cherry Coke . I told him it was wrong. He said you ordered a Cherry Coke. Tried to call got a runaround. Never got back.
Recently visited this location to try a new menu item. After 10 minutes of the employee stating the item requested did not exist, although the signage said other wise, Bill, which I assume is a new employee, successfully placed my order. At the end ofthe interaction, Bill did not say ?my pleasure?, which was very disheartening.
Very disappointed with today's visit. I went thru drive-thru. Husband ordered 2 spicy AND one plain. I corrected him and said regular. when we received our food it was one spicy and one spicy no pickle. I needed 3 sandwiches (ok simple miscommunicationand think young man who took my order was frustrated but polite since cc machine had been not functioning properly for severaltransactions before me. . I told girl in pick up window I would come in as not to disrupt flow. I walked in and there was theusual line. So I went to the side counter and explained my problem that i still needed a sandwich and will need to pay for it.The person that helped me asked another staff member and was told that I would have to go back thru the line. My gripe? Ialready waited in line once. But since I needed that sand I went back thru the DT again. Yes it was 530 and they were busy butcome on.. one sandwich
Honestly, if I could give Chick-fil-A Altoona negative stars I would. I have visited this location twice, once to give it a chance as a customer and today as an UberEats deliverer. Both times I have experienced the worst customer service. I literallyhad four associates look directly at me without acknowledgment, despite standing at the register. This had happened to me thefirst time I visited this location. I sincerely had hoped that they'd be able to get their customer service act together, as ithas been over two years since my first visit. At this point, I'm willing to lose money by not accepting UberEats' orders fromthis business.
